future roles that have not been fulfilled yet. 

2)  Include reference to your strategic plan on all job descriptions 

3) Create clear job descriptions linked to key performance indicators

4) Develop processes / systems for all job roles. 

5) Implement measurement and feedback loops that show

whether the processes / systems are helping to achieve key performance indicators.
